Exhibited at the exhibition 25.06.-25.07.2026 “Human – Nature – Movement”.
The composition depicts a woman in a traditional dress in a poppy meadow, picking blooming poppies and looking forward to life with a smile. A water landscape opens up in the distance, but the sun shines above the horizon, creating a peaceful summer mood and a feeling of the fullness of nature.
In art, poppies have long symbolized the fragile beauty of life, hope and the value of fleeting moments. Their bright flowers remind us of the abundance of nature and the close connection of man with the passage of the seasons. The image of a woman embodies joy, gratitude and the ability to consciously experience the wealth given by nature, while the sunlight and the vast landscape symbolize the power of life, peace and harmony.
The work continues the traditions of classical porcelain painting, combining a historical porcelain form with a modern artistic interpretation.
The vase is based on a white porcelain vase blank made in Germany. The height of the vase is 24 cm. The work is created using the overglaze painting technique with gilding and professionally fired multiple times.
