Exhibited at the exhibition 25.06.-25.07.2026 “Human – Nature – Movement”.

Art porcelain vase

The composition depicts a woman watching a mighty waterfall. Her figure is small compared to the rocks and the power of falling water. This contrast of scales emphasizes the vastness of nature and the place of man in the world. The spray of water and white foam fill the landscape with movement, power and continuous energy.

Nature here is not just the background of the landscape. It becomes the main working force – primordial and invincible, yet giving a person a sense of freedom and inner strength. The grandeur of the waterfall reminds us of forces that cannot be subdued or stopped. At the same time, the vast landscape allows us to feel lightness, movement and space in which it is possible to free ourselves from everyday boundaries.

On the other side of the vase is a deer. It enters the landscape as an image of the presence of wildlife and nature, complementing the female figure with a different view of the world in which man and nature coexist. The deer becomes a symbol of silence and vigilance, while the waterfall embodies continuous movement and power.

The black and white graphic drawing emphasizes the clear shapes of the rock, water and human figures. Gold accents give the composition points of light and highlight individual details. The contrast between the black line, the white porcelain surface and the gilding enhances the visual tension of the work.

The vase is based on a white porcelain blank made in Germany. The height of the vase is 24 cm. The work is created in the overglaze painting technique with gilding and professionally fired multiple times.
